Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
During all photo sessions and wedding events, I am committed to providing a professional and seamless experience while capturing meaningful, high-quality images. However, certain factors are beyond my control, including weather conditions and the behavior of children and pets. While these elements can be unpredictable, I will always make every reasonable effort to adapt and creatively capture the moments and images you envision.
For weddings, I will work diligently to follow the agreed-upon timeline and keep the day progressing smoothly. That said, I am not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of my control, including but not limited to late arrivals of family members, members of the wedding party being unavailable, or individuals wandering off during scheduled photo times. Despite any unforeseen delays, I will continue to do my best to capture all essential moments throughout your day.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Indiana?
I am available for travel outside of Indiana and welcome the opportunity to capture your special moments in a variety of locations. Please note that any travel-related expenses, including airfare or mileage/gas, as well as hotel accommodations, will be the responsibility of the client(s) and will be added to the total cost.
All standard photography service fees remain unchanged and will still apply regardless of location.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Standard photography packages are designed to accommodate a variety of client needs and therefore cannot be modified. If your needs exceed what is included in the available packages, you are welcome to submit a request to the photographer to discuss potential add-on options.
Wedding photography packages include a selection of outlined add-on services that may be chosen to further customize your experience. If you are interested in a service or feature not listed, please submit a request to the photographer for consideration.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
All photography services, including both standard sessions and wedding coverage, require a signed contract that clearly outlines the expected delivery timeframe for fully edited images.
For standard sessions, the typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks during non-peak months and 2–3 weeks during peak season. For wedding photography, delivery timelines are approximately 8–10 weeks during non-peak months and up to 10–12 weeks during peak season.
These timeframes ensure that each gallery is carefully edited and delivered with the highest level of quality.
